11 Ambre Lane Vintage Market is a destination. It is more than a vintage market and more than a vendor mall, it is a dream brought to life through passion, creativity, and a love for vintage treasures.
We are seeking vendors who share our vision and who will help us create an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Our goal is to foster a supportive community while building a successful, inspiring, and enjoyable atmosphere for both vendors and shoppers.
Vendor Expectations and Fees
Vendor spaces are awarded based on application responses, merchandise quality, booth presentation, and how well the vendor aligns with the overall vision and atmosphere of the market. Because we want to curate our vendor mix and booth placements, we ask all prospective vendors to complete an application before we discuss booth availability or pricing. Booth sizes, locations, and rental rates vary, and pricing is determined based on the space that best fits your merchandise and our vision for our market.
In addition to monthly booth rent, a 10% commission will be charged on all merchandise sold. Booth rent and commission fees will be deducted from the vendor’s monthly payout. If a vendor’s sales do not cover their monthly booth rental fee for three (3) consecutive months, 11 Ambre Lane Vintage Market reserves the right not to renew the vendor’s lease agreement.
Merchandise Standards
11 Ambre Lane Vintage Market reserves the right to refuse, remove, or prohibit the sale of any merchandise at its sole discretion if management determines that the merchandise is inappropriate, inconsistent with the market’s vision, or does not align with the values and standards of the market.
Vendors are expected to maintain a high level of quality, presentation, cleanliness, and professionalism within their spaces. Management reserves the right to terminate a vendor lease if merchandise or booth presentation consistently fails to meet the standards represented in the application, photographs, or vendor agreement.
